Delivery Policy

Znzi Travel Stuff ships via UPS through Fulfillment by Amazon. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes. In-stock items usually ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Warranty Policy

Znzi Travel Stuff strives to provide only the highest quality travel goods. If you find a manufacturing defect within 14 days of receiving your order, an even exchange will be authorized.

Privacy Policy

Znzi Travel Stuff takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. We will never sell or rent your name, address, email address, credit card information, personal information or purchasing history to anyone. Rest assured that nothing will be shared, so your private information remains just that, private.

From time to time we’d like to send you promotional information via email regarding new products, contests and special offers. If for any reason you’d like to be deleted from our mailing list, simply email us at comments@znzitravelstuff.com and we’ll omit you from further marketing announcements.


Return Policy

Znzi Travel Stuff wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, simply return it within 14 days of receiving the goods, making sure all items are in their original condition and state (all tags attached, bags included, etc.). The cost of returned items will be refunded to the original method of payment, but original and return shipping cannot be reimbursed. Exchanges will only be made if there is a manufacturer’s defect.

To return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt, email returns@znzitravelstuff.com. Be sure to include your order number, name, address, phone number and reason for return or exchange. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that needs to be written legibly on the outside of the shipping box. Sorry, but returns and exchanges without an RMA number cannot be accepted. Always with a return or exchange, include in the box a copy of the order receipt. If this is unavailable, please write your name, address, phone number and email on paper and include it in the box. Please note: RMAs cannot be given over the phone, but are generated via email only.

Return or exchange merchandise must be sent back using a trackable method (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS Tracking). If goods are NOT sent via a trackable method and get lost, Znzi Travel Stuff is not responsible for reimbursement or replacement.
